Every great event is powered by amazing volunteers — and the Vegas Half Marathon is no exception! Your time, energy, and enthusiasm help make this race one of the most memorable experiences for both athletes and the entire community.

Volunteer Teams & Duties

Athlete Check-In

• Assist with setting up the athlete check-in station

• Help with early morning check-in and bib distribution

• Answer general participant questions on race morning

 

Finish Line & Expo Setup

• Set up finish line chute and expo canopies

• Place race-day signage, flags, and course maps

 

Expo & Finish Line Support

• Hand out medals and post-race refreshments

• Direct athlete traffic and ensure smooth flow

• Assist the timing team if needed

Water Station Teams

• Set up and maintain water and Gatorade tables along the course

• Hand out drinks to passing runners

• Clean up the station area once the final runner has passed
